Description
The 2021 Nuits-Blanches au Bouge is wonderfully bright and pure, opening with notes of lemon zest and white flowers on the nose with a whiff of smoke. On the palate it is more serious and weighty with a magnificent texture. Notes of lemon curd, pear, peach and green mango along with lime flower, ginger and fennel leaf. It displays impressive balance, savoury, fresh and zippy, this is wickedly drinkable already but will age gracefully until 2035.
