Orders for the Channel Islands are handled as international deliveries.
How do I track my order?
Our orders are delivered by either our own Berry Bros. & Rudd vans or by our partner courier. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the delivery notifications that will be sent to you. You will also be kept up-to-date via text message if you provided your mobile number when placing your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
For deliveries to UK addresses, there’s no minimum order value. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200. Please note, international deliveries have a minimum order value of £100.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, but it may not be possible if it’s already on the way. If you’d like to request any changes, please contact us .
My order is late
Using the tracking link in your order notifications you can see the status of your order. For more precise information, the quickest way to resolve this is to ring us on 0800 280 2440 or email us on customerservice@bbr.com .
There is an issue with my delivery
If your order is damaged, we’ll arrange to collect it and send you a replacement as soon as possible. If we don’t have the same product in stock, we’ll credit your account with the value of the returned item. To request collection of a damaged product, please contact us .
The wine is faulty
We are committed to providing our customers with an unsurpassed level of service and are equally committed to ensuring we provide a safe and legal product. If a wine is corked or faulty, we will, in the first instance, offer a replacement bottle; or if we are unable to replace the bottle from our stocks, we will offer a credit to the replacement value of the wine. We will ask for the return of the bottle in question.

Do you offer gift packaging?
All our wines are delivered in high-quality Berry Bros. & Rudd boxes, free of charge. We can supply gift packaging as well; please view options for this here .
Can I include a personal note with my order?
You can include a gift message of up to 240 characters with any order you place online or over the phone.
I’ve received a gift from you, can you tell me who sent it?
Of course - please contact us and we’ll be able to provide you with details.

How can I get an invoice for my order?
You can download invoices for payments made once they have been dispatched. Head to your account and to the orders, payment & statements sections here . Click on the long reference number, and an invoice will be downloaded.
Why has my order has arrived in two separate deliveries?
This is something we try to avoid, but very occasionally, we might have to split your order across more than one delivery. When that happens, you’ll receive notifications for each delivery.
Can I collect my order?
You’re welcome to collect an order from our shops during opening hours. Orders are usually ready after three working days, but we recommend calling to confirm before coming to the shop. You can find out more here.
Are there any restrictions on glassware, accessories and books?
We cannot deliver glassware to Northern Ireland or outside the UK, and there are some restrictions on certain books going to international addresses. If you have a specific question, it is best to contact us .
I want to ship some wine internationally, can I keep the original wooden cases?
All international orders and some UK orders are taken out of their original cases and repacked in delivery boxes for safe transit. If you would like the original cases, then please contact us to arrange.
Can I send items to multiple addresses in one transaction?
No, orders can only be dispatched to a single address per transaction. If you intend to ship items to multiple addresses, please create individual orders for each destination.

We can deliver to the following destinations:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland.
The Americas : Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, USA, Trinidad and Tobago.
Asia: Bhutan, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan.
Africa: South Africa.
Rest of the World: Australia, Falkland Islands, Jordan, New Zealand.
How much does it cost?
That depends on the volumes you are sending and the destination, including local taxes. Contact us for a quote (select “export query” from the drop-down menu).
What if the country I want to send my items to is not listed above?
We are always working to increase the destinations we can ship to. If you would like to know the status of countries not listed above, contact us (select “export query” from the drop-down menu).
Is there anything that cannot be shipped internationally?
We regret that glasses, accessories and books cannot be sent to overseas addresses.
