Description
From Montmains proper and vinified in stainless but raised in wood.
Spicy and floral nuances add breadth to the green apple, iodine, and white pepper aromas. The more refined if less powerful flavors exude evident minerality on the markedly, even aggressively, citrus-inflected and bone-dry finale that is shaped by bright acidity. At present, I suspect that the citrus character might be too much for some, though I would expect it to slowly mitigate.
