Description

The 2020 Mandolás has a fine lemon-and-lime nose with touches of green apple and a delicate note of stone-fruit and white flowers. The palate is so gorgeously pure and mineral, like tasting pebble stones from a mountain stream. The elegant mouth-feel has a textural quality about it that really adds interest. It is such a vibrant wine, full of energy with freshness and class, perfectly complemented by a white-peach roundness filling out the palate. This is absolutely brilliant.

Furmint

A white grape variety grown in Hungary and Slovakia and the main ingredient of Tokaji Aszú. It is an early budding late ripening variety and and is particularly susceptible to botrytis.
