Description
The Revers Brut Nature sits as a direct opposite to Champagne Clandestin’s Grandes Lignes. For this blanc de blancs cuvée, Chardonnay grapes were grown on cooler, north-facing vineyards, resulting in a beautifully fresh and pure wine. This is truly a Champagne for the Burgundy lover, with tense aromas of oyster shell, grapefruit, fresh green apple and hazelnut.
This is a wine to enjoy alongside oysters or crab dishes, and to enjoy between now and 2035.

Champagne Clandestin
Champagne Clandestin is a joint project from Bertrand Gautherot, of Vouette et Sorbée fame, and Benoît Doussot – a Burgundian winemaker specialising in Meursault. Together, they started Clandestin: a micro-négociant which buys sustainably-grown grapes from just 8 hectares, and creates the most terroir-expressive Champagnes imaginable.
