100% Chardonnay, a cuve sourced from the Grand Cru village of Avize. 38 year old vines,all hand harvested as late as possible, this is an archetypical grower's champagne, substantial certainly, having benefited from oak fermentation, patient lees stirring and extensive ageing, but also a vin de terroir with a firm streak of minerality to underpin the ripe and powerful fruit.

Chardonnay
