Description
The finest wines of Bordeaux—the legendary First Growths—will be flowing at this evening’s event, offering you the rare opportunity to sample the iconic wines of the region. With the expert guidance of Mark Pardoe, our very own Master of Wine and a Bordeaux expert, this will be a Christmas dinner like no other. Not only will you have the chance to taste wines from Lafite-Rothschild, Haut-Brion, Margaux and Latour, but also the white wine of Haut-Brion, the St-Emilion First Growth “equivalent” Cheval Blanc and Château d’Yquem, undoubtedly the most celebrated sweet wine in the world.
As always, our exceptional Executive Chef, Stewart Turner, will ensure the evening is the pinnacle of gourmet indulgence, with a delicious four-course meal that will show these wines in their best possible light.
