Description

This is Benoît’s flagship cuvée, comprised of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Nine months in oak imbues it with complexity and richness. The colour of liquid gold, this is wonderfully aromatic, with notes of grapefruit and ripe orchard fruits, sensual foam and flashes of minerality. It contains no sulphur and zero dosage.
