Description

A new component this year is the generic Grand Terres vineyard in Volnay, replacing the young vines from Clos Blanc. The balance as usual comes from the domaine’s Hautes-Côtes de Nuits vineyard near Chaux. The bouquet is interesting and slightly honeyed, with notes of orange blossom. The palate is spritely and citrussy (from the Chaux influence, no doubt).
