Description
This wine comes from four hectares spread across Barolo, Castiglione Falletto, La Morra and Serralunga – a classic blend of high-quality ingredients. There are grapes from the Brunate vineyard site in the La Morra proportion, and the Serralunga fruit is from the Gabutti site. There is even a small amount from the Bricco Rocche site. It has a very lifted and expressive bouquet, engaging, with a little bite and spice. The plump red fruit billows on the palate over a neat line of firm tannin. Drink 2022-2032.

Antonio Galloni 88-90/100
The 2018 Barolo is very pretty and light on its feet. Sweet floral and spice accents lend lovely aromatic presence. In keeping with the style of the year, this is an especially ethereal, weightless wine.Drink 2023 - 2030antonio_galloni, Vinous.com.com (Feb 2022)

About this wine
Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo is the grape behind the Barolo and Barbaresco wines and is hardly ever seen outside the confines of Piedmont. It takes its name from "nebbia" which is Italian for fog, a frequent phenomenon in the region.
