Description

The Quinta Senhora da Ribeira is a remote vineyard which, with Quinta do Bomfim, provides the core of a Dow’s vintage.  The 2015 has a strikingly alluring colour and goes on to reveal an array of juicy, violet-infused fruits followed by deliciously refreshing peppery tannins.  A more feminine style of wine, but one that will last as long and well as any.

Wonderfully aromatic with dark berry and stone character. Violets as well. Full to medium body. Precise and focused tannins. Lightly sweet. Ripe fruit and chocolate undertones. Firm and rich. 700 cases. Needs at least five years of bottle age.
